MIAMI, FL (May 12, 2009) — After four successful programs that secured employment for each homeless candidate involved, motivational speaker and the creator of the nationally renowned reemployment project for the homeless, Frank Kelly announces the launch of the fifth installment of Project Vacant Streets (PVS). Kelly is teaming up with celebrity author and chef Ingrid Hoffmann to help recruit employees from this latest pool of homeless candidates to staff Hoffman’s newest venture, The Latin Burger and Taco food truck.
